| Dean Kamen gave all teams some homework - to invite more people to come watch the competitions. | Oregon competition went really well. We may not have won a trophy, but we looked good with the judges and were definitely getting noticed as a strong effort team. All of us worked well and hard and smoothed out the few wrinkles we had with the robot. Just a little bit more may well move us up in Seattle. Good work all. | |
| Our team has put together a special VIP program for visitors to the Seattle Competition at Key Arena at the Seattle Center. It will be on Thursday, March 25th, Friday, March 26th, and Saturday, March 27th, 9 am to 5 pm (ish). It is free to attend. | We've got some work to do to get ready for Seattle competition. The team will be meeting after school, 2-4 on Mondays and Wednesdays for the next couple of weeks and also the Saturday before competition (see calendar). We hope ya'll got some rest so you can come revved and ready to get things done. We did good in Oregon, but we want to do better in Seattle! | |
| We will be giving away paper crowns, team buttons, black-n-gold bracelets, a photo with the robot and an entry into a drawing for a team t-shirt (one per day). | The team shirts and sweatshirts are here. They look really good. Nathan's dad did Excellent Work, we send him a big thank you, especially for getting it done so quickly. We are going to look great at competition. If you haven't yet paid for yours, please get your money to the ASB office. If you have paid, you can pick your clothing up in NE-102 at any scheduled work meeting. If anyone wants another team shirt or a sweatshirt. Click here to download order form. Get form to Corinne (secretary) if we get enough, we will place a 2nd order. | |
| All you need to do is bring a VIP ticket to our pit area during the Seattle competition to get your rewards! You can get tickets from any team member or download VIP ticket here. | ||
